The ECXV-L series is a family of surface mount LVDS voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXO) designed for low jitter and low current operation. Available in 2.5V (ECXV-L2) and 3.3V (ECXV-L3) versions, it supports frequencies from 10.000 to 1500.00 MHz with a phase jitter of 1.0 ps RMS (12 kHz to 20 MHz). The ECXV-L35C2N variant uses a 5.0 x 3.2 mm package with ±25 ppm frequency stability, operates from -40°C to +85°C, and features a control voltage range of 0.3 to 3.0 VDC. Output levels are differential LVDS with a 48/52% output symmetry at 50% VDD. The device is housed in a ceramic base with gold plating and meets ESD Human Body Model standards up to 3 kV. Power consumption ranges from 18 mA to 28 mA depending on frequency.
