The ECXV-H series is a family of surface mount voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXO) with HCMOS output, operating from 10.000 to 250.000 MHz. The ECXV-H37C3N-77.760 variant uses a 7x5 mm package with a 3.3 V supply and a ±25 ppm frequency pulling range. It operates from -40°C to +85°C and draws 35 mA at 77.76 MHz. Phase jitter is 1.0 ps RMS (12 kHz to 20 MHz). Output load is 15 pF, rise and fall times are 600 to 1500 ps, and output enable/disable times are 200 ns and 50 ns respectively. Pin 2 has an internal pull-up resistor. Moisture sensitivity level is 1, and ESD tolerance is 3 kV HBM.
