The ECX-P series is a family of LVPECL surface mount crystal oscillators designed for low jitter and low current operation. Available in 2.5V (ECX-P2) and 3.3V (ECX-P3) versions, the package sizes are 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The ECX-P35C variant operates at 3.3V with a frequency stability of ±25 ppm over the extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and supports frequencies from 10.000 to 1500.0 MHz. The oscillator draws 46 mA at 10.0-100.0 MHz, with output symmetry of 48/52%, differential outputs, and a phase jitter of 1.0 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz. It features an enable pin with internal pull-up, a start-up time of 10 ms, and a moisture sensitivity level of 1. Mounting is SMD with gold termination and a ceramic base.
