The ECX-P33CM-622.080 is a surface mount LVPECL crystal oscillator with a 3.3 V supply, ±25 ppm frequency stability, and a 622.080 MHz output frequency. It is housed in a 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm package and operates from −40 °C to +85 °C. The oscillator provides differential LVPECL outputs, consumes 65 mA at 500.1-1500.0 MHz, and exhibits 1.2 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz band. The device supports output enable/disable via pin 1 and meets a moisture sensitivity level of 1 with gold termination. Pin connections include ground, supply, differential outputs, and enable/no-connect pins.
