ECX-P33BN-622.080 is a surface mount LVPECL crystal oscillator with a 3.3 V supply, ±50 ppm frequency stability, and a 622.080 MHz output frequency. It occupies a 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm package and operates from -40 °C to +85 °C. The oscillator has a phase jitter of 1.2 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz, an input current of 65 mA, and a rise/fall time of 150 to 250 ps. The output levels are defined by Vdd-1.85 V for logic low and Vdd-1.03 V for logic high, with a differential load. Pin 1 has an internal pull-up and functions as an enable input. The device meets a moisture sensitivity level of 1 and is ESD protected up to 3 kV human body model.
