The ECX-H series is a family of HCMOS surface mount crystal oscillators with frequency ranges from 10.000 to 250.00 MHz, operating from +2.5V or +3.3V supplies. The ECX-H37CM-20.000 variant uses a 7.0 x 5.0 mm package, operates with ±25 ppm frequency stability over -40°C to +85°C, and consumes 20 mA at 20 MHz with a 15 pF load. Output rise and fall times are 600 ps minimum, phase jitter is 0.93 ps RMS (12 kHz to 20 MHz), and the enable/disable times are 200 ns and 50 ns respectively. ESD protection is rated at 3 kV HBM. The package is ceramic with gold termination and complies with MSL level 1. Output enable is controlled via pin 1, which has an internal pull-up resistor when left open.
