ECX-H25CM-62.500 is a surface mount HCMOS crystal oscillator operating at 62.500 MHz with a 2.5 V supply, ±25 ppm frequency stability, and a -20 to +70°C operating range. It is mounted in a 5.0 × 3.2 mm package, draws 25 mA typical current, and has a phase jitter of 1.03 ps RMS from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. Output rise and fall times are 600 to 1500 ps, with HCMOS-compatible 15 pF load. The pinout includes output on pin 4, supply on pin 6, ground on pin 3, and an output enable/disabled function on pin 1 with an internal pull-up. ESD tolerance is 3 kV human body model, and moisture sensitivity is rated at MSL 1.
