ECX-H23CM-33.000 is a surface mount HCMOS crystal oscillator operating at 33.000 MHz with a 2.5 V supply voltage, ±25 ppm frequency stability, and a -20 to +70 °C operating temperature range. It is packaged in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm surface mount case with six pins and a gold termination finish. The oscillator provides a 15 pF HCMOS output load, ≤1.0 ps RMS phase jitter from 12 kHz to 20 MHz, rise and fall times up to 1500 ps, and a typical input current of 25 mA. Enable and disable times are 200 ns and 50 ns respectively. The part meets a Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 rating and has an ESD tolerance of 3 kV human body model. Output enable is controlled via pin 1 with an internal pull-up resistor.
