The ECS-3953M-BN is a 3.3V SMD clock oscillator with a 5 x 7 mm footprint, operating from -40°C to +85°C and offering ±50 ppm frequency stability across its 1.800 to 125.0 MHz range. It features HCMOS output with a 30 pF load, 45/55% output symmetry, and tri-state control compatible with +0.8V max (disable) and +2.2V min (enable). It is RoHS compliant and provides start-up times of 15 ms or less depending on frequency. The part includes a ground pin, output pin, and VDD pin, with a tri-state control pad for oscillation enable/disable.
