The ECS-3525 is a 2.5V subminiature SMD clock oscillator with a 3.2 x 5.0 mm footprint, operating from 1.544 to 125.00 MHz, and offering frequency stability options of ±100, ±50, or ±25 ppm. It supports an extended temperature range of -40 to +85 °C with the N option, and has HCMOS output with a 30 pF load. Input current varies by frequency: 7 to 8 mA for 10.000-34.999 MHz, 15 to 20 mA for 35.000-49.999 MHz, and 25 to 30 mA for 50.000-125.000 MHz. Output symmetry is 40/60 or 45/55, rise and fall times are 5 to 6 ns, and startup time is 10 ms. The device is RoHS compliant, has MSL 1, and uses a 4-pin package with tri-state control on pin 1. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 to 2.75 VDC.
