The ECS-3225SMV is a miniature SMD HCMOS crystal oscillator with MultiVolt™ capability, operating from 1.62 to 3.63 V and offering a frequency stability of ±10 ppm. It is available in a 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.2 mm ceramic package and supports frequencies from 8.000 to 60.000 MHz, with the 8.000 MHz variant specified. The oscillator has a CMOS output load of 15 pF, a rise and fall time of 5 ns, and a start-up time of 10 ms. Operating temperature range is -40 to +105°C, with a standby current of 10 µA and a supply current of 6 to 10 mA. It includes a tri-state function and is RoHS compliant. The part meets MSL 1 and uses gold lead finish.
