The ECS-2520SMVQ is a miniature SMD HCMOS crystal oscillator with Multi Volt™ capability across 1.62 to 3.63 V, designed for automotive, industrial, and IoT applications. It features a 2.5 x 2.0 x 1.0 mm ceramic package, operates over -40 to +125°C with a frequency stability of ±20 ppm, and supports frequencies from 8.000 to 60.000 MHz. The output load is 15 pF, with rise and fall times of 3 ns, start-up time of 10 ms, and standby current of 10 µA. It is AEC-Q200 qualified and includes a tri-state function. Phase jitter from 12 kHz to 20 MHz is 0.362 to 0.5 ps.
