The ECS-2520SMV is a miniature SMD HCMOS crystal oscillator with a 2.5 × 2.0 × 1.0 mm ceramic package, designed for low-power portable, industrial, and IoT applications. It operates from 1.62 to 3.63 V and supports frequencies from 8.000 to 60.000 MHz, with frequency stability of ±5 or ±10 ppm over the extended temperature range of -40 to +105°C. The output is CMOS-compatible with a 15 pF load, a rise and fall time of 3 ns, and a duty cycle of 45/55% at half Vdd. It includes a tri-state control function, standby current of 10 µA, and operates with a start-up time of 10 ms. The device is RoHS compliant and features an 8.000 MHz variant with a defined solder profile of +260°C ±5°C for up to 10 seconds with a maximum of two cycles.
