The ECS-2200X series is an 8-pin DIP clock oscillator designed to drive HCMOS and TTL logic with tri-state enable/disable functionality. It operates from 1.000 to 150.000 MHz with a +5V DC supply, and features frequency stability of ±100 PPM across all conditions. Operating temperature range is 0 to +70°C, with storage temperature from -55 to +125°C. Output voltage is 4.5V high and 0.5V low, with output current capability of ±16 mA. Rise and fall times are 5 ns. The package is a resistance-welded 8-pin DIP with pinout: pin 1 for tri-state control, pin 4 for case ground, pin 5 for output, and pin 8 for +5V. It is RoHS compliant.
