The ECS-2100X series is an 8-pin DIP clock oscillator with a metal package, designed for HCMOS/TTL logic compatibility and 5V operation. It supports frequencies from 1.000 to 150.000 MHz, operates from 0 to +70°C, and has a frequency stability of ±100 PPM. Input current ranges from 17 to 82 mA depending on frequency, with a 5 ns rise and fall time. The output supports TTL loads of 10 TTL or HCMOS loads of 50 pF up to 80 MHz and 30 pF above. Pin 4 is grounded for shielding, and pin 5 provides the output. The device is RoHS compliant and features a 10 ms start-up time.
