The ECS-2033 is a 3.3V SMD clock oscillator with a 2.5 x 2.0 mm footprint, designed for high-density applications. It operates from 0.750 to 75.000 MHz with frequency stability options of ±100, ±50, or ±25 ppm, and an operating temperature range of -10°C to +70°C. Supply voltage is 3.135 to 3.465 VDC, with input current ranging from 5 mA at 0.75-20.0 MHz to 24 mA at 60.1-75.0 MHz. It features CMOS output with a 15 pF load, 40/60% output symmetry, 10 ns rise and fall times, and a start-up time of 10 ms. The device includes tri-state control, with standby current of 10 μA when disabled, and is RoHS compliant. The package is ceramic with AuSn sealing and gold-plated tungsten terminals.
