The ECS-2018 is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator designed for high-density applications, operating at 1.8V with a 2.5 x 2.0 mm footprint. It supports frequencies from 0.750 to 50.000 MHz, with frequency stability options of ±100 ppm, ±50 ppm, or ±25 ppm. The standard operating temperature range is -10 to +70°C, while the N option extends it to -40 to +85°C. Input current ranges from 2.5 mA to 3.5 mA depending on frequency. The output is HCMOS with a 15 pF load, rise and fall times of 10 ns, and output levels at 10% and 90% of VDD. Standby current is 10 μA when disabled. The device is RoHS compliant, featuring a ceramic base, AuSn sealing, and tungsten terminals with gold/nickel plating.
