The ECS-1618 series is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator designed for high-density applications, operating at 1.8V with a frequency range of 1.500 to 80.000 MHz. It features a CMOS output with a 15 pF load, 45/55% output symmetry, and 10 ns rise and fall times. The operating temperature range is -10°C to +70°C for standard versions and extends to -40°C to +85°C with the N option. Frequency stability options are ±25 ppm, ±50 ppm, or ±100 ppm. Input current varies from 2.5 mA to 6.5 mA depending on frequency, with a standby current of 10 µA when disabled. The device includes a tri-state control function with a 150 ns disable delay and 10 ms startup time. It is RoHS compliant, has a 4-pin package with Au lead finish, and supports MSL 1 moisture sensitivity level.
