The ECS-100AX-036 is a TTL-compatible clock oscillator in a metal package with case grounding for shielding, designed for use in timing applications. It operates from 1.000 to 150.000 MHz, with a supply voltage of 4.75 to 5.25 VDC, and an operating temperature range of 0 to +70 °C. Frequency stability is ±100 ppm over all conditions, including temperature, voltage, load, aging, shock, and vibration. Output load is 10 TTL, with output voltage levels of 0.4 V low and 2.4 V high. Rise and fall times vary with frequency: 10 ns below 25 MHz, 5 ns from 25 to 69.999 MHz, and 4 ns above 70 MHz. Start-up time is 15 ms for frequencies above 20 MHz. The package is industry standard with pin #1 as NC, pin #7 as case ground, pin #8 as output, and pin #14 as +5 V DC. It is RoHS compliant and resistance weld packaged.
