The ITS platform is centered on two main components: the MCT-900 and the MD-900. The Mobile Chemical Treatment unit doses and mixes precision levels of chemistry to prepare flowback or produced water for physical separation in the Mobile DAF unit. The Mobile DAF uses aeration and a skimmer to separate solids from the water. The ITS platform is capable of treating up to 900gpm or about 31,000bbl/day of frac wastewater. Instead of hauling millions of gallons of untreated water to a disposal well, oil and gas producers can treat the water on-site and reuse it in the next series of wells.
