The EA ELR regenerative DC electronic load from EA Elektro-Automatik boasts high power density and premium features not found on typical loads. The EA ELR is a regenerative load that can sink (absorb) current and recover up to 96% of that current putting it back to the local power grid. Regenerative ELRs reduce heat, noise and HVAC costs making them cost effective and environmentally friendly. Offering input power ratings up to 15kW in 3U or 30kW in 4U form factor with maximum 2000 VDC. ERLs can be easily paralleled in racks to achieve 1.92MW of power. Additionally, all of EA’s ELR DC electronic loads feature true Autoranging which automatically provides increased current at lower voltages, and vice versa, and still maintain full power. The ELR series DC electronic loads features 5′ TFT Gorilla® Glass touchscreen display for intuitive control and programming. The smart interface enables you to setup and test quickly. EA ELR DC loads come standard with an arbitrary waveform function generator, in-field swappable digital interface module and included test routines for battery test, fuel cell simulation, PV simulation with MPP tracking, and much more.
