They are powered by high permeability, high mechanical strength, hollow-fiber PVDF membranes that combine excellent performance and industry leading membrane area with low energy and chemical consumption. And now with up to 35% higher permeability than the previous generation, DOW IntegraFlux modules also offer the highest productivity. DOW IntegraFlux UF membranes reject particulates that are 0.03 microns and larger, facilitating high removal capability for bacteria, viruses, colloids, silt and more. DOW IntegraFlux™ SFP-2880XP Ultrafiltration Modules are an excellent choice for larger systems in which the exceptional permeability of the new XP fiber leads to extra productivity that can contribute substantially to system savings by reducing fittings, frame materials, operating trains, valve stacks, and overall system footprint. DOW IntegraFlux SFP-2880XP Modules offer a high effective membrane area, which contributes to a more economical membrane system design. DOW IntegraFlux SFP-2880XP Modules are made from high-strength, PVDF hollow fiber membranes engineered to reduce design and fabrication requirements.
