Knowles Bar Cap® SLC High Reliability Single-Layer-Capacitor - SLC-High-Reliability - Bar-Cap

The Bar Cap® is a single-layer capacitor array designed for DC blocking, RF bypassing, and decoupling in GaAs IC applications, with an operating frequency up to 30 GHz. It features wire-bondable 100 µ" gold metallization with a nickel barrier layer and is available in a compact surface-mount package with dimensions ranging from 0.065" x 0.085" x 0.020" to 0.125" x 0.085" x 0.040", accommodating 3 or 6 capacitors per array. The device complies with MIL-PRF-49464 Group A for high reliability, including 100% thermal shock, voltage conditioning, and electrical testing. Capacitance values range from 80 pF to 690 pF per capacitor, with voltage ratings of 25 V, 50 V, or 100 V depending on the variant. Tolerance is ±80%/-20% for Z-coded parts.
