The MCM01-009DD300G-F is a surface-mount multilayer RF capacitor using mica dielectric, rated for 300 Vdc and operating from -55 °C to +200 °C with no voltage derating. It has a capacitance of 300 pF with a tolerance of ±2% and features a gull-wing terminal for reduced mechanical stress. The package is thermally conductive, compatible with FR4 PCBs through a CTE of approximately 18 ppm/°C, and is nonmagnetic to minimize RF loss. It supports wave soldering and exhibits ultra-stable capacitance with no aging, drift with voltage or temperature, and very low ESL. The component is RoHS compliant and marked with the appropriate capacitance and voltage identifiers.
