The MCM01 series consists of surface mount RF capacitors designed for high-power, high-temperature applications up to 200°C and voltages up to 1000 Vdc, using PTFE or mica dielectrics. They feature a gull-wing terminal for low stress, thermal conductivity compatible with FR4 PCBs (CTE ≈ 18 ppm/°C), and ultra-low ESR (<11 mΩ at 100 MHz) and ESL for effective bypassing. Capacitance ranges from 1 to 1500 pF, with tolerances as tight as ±0.25 pF, and the parts are nonmagnetic and RoHS compliant. Wave solderable and resistant to cracking or delamination, they support stable performance across temperature, voltage, and frequency without aging.
