It features recessed metallization on one or both sides, which minimizes the risk of shorting during attachment processes such as epoxy or soldering. The capacitor is available in capacitance values ranging from 0.03pF to 2400pF and supports operating frequencies up to 100GHz. It offers voltage options of 25V, 50V, and 100V, with a tolerance of ¬±10%. The product is wire bondable with a 100¬µ,Äù gold layer and a nickel barrier layer. Applications include DC blocking, RF bypassing, filtering, tuning, and coupling. Custom designs can be requested through the sales office.
