They feature a low-profile, UL 94V-0 rated plastic case with resin fill, male or female terminals, and robust mounting flanges. The 944U470K122AAI variant has a capacitance of 47 µF, a rated DC voltage of 1200 V, and a height of 40 mm, with an M8 stud terminal. Operable from -40 °C to 85 °C, it supports a maximum RMS current of 67 A at 55 °C, with an ESR of 0.7 mΩ at 10 kHz and an ESL of 20 nH. Thermal resistance is 2.8 °C/W core-to-case and 5.2 °C/W case-to-ambient in still air. The series meets IEC 61071 standards.
