Type 944L low inductance DC link capacitors are designed for fast-switching inverter applications such as EV charging and solar inverters. The part features a plastic UL94V-0 case with integrated mounting flanges and M5 threaded insert termination. It has a capacitance of 220 µF, a rated DC voltage of 800 V, and operates between -40 °C and 85 °C. The maximum rms ripple current is 78 A at 55 °C, with an equivalent series inductance of 15 nH and a thermal resistance from case to ambient of 3.0 °C/W. The device meets IEC 61071 standards and is UL recognized (E128034).
