The Type 500C 95 °C long-life aluminum electrolytic capacitor with screw terminals is designed for high-ripple applications in UPS and power supply systems. It features thermal-pak™ extended cathode construction for improved heat dissipation and operates over a temperature range of -40 °C to +95 °C. This unit has a rated voltage of 35 Vdc, a capacitance of 170,000 µF, a maximum ESR of 5.2 mΩ at 25 °C, and a maximum ripple current of 32.0 A at 85 °C. The case dimensions are 3 inches in diameter by 4 1/8 inches in length.
