The 104PPA102KG is an axial lead film capacitor for high dv/dt applications such as inverters and switching power supplies. It is rated for 1000 VDC with a surge voltage of 1400 VDC and an AC voltage rating of 480 V at 50/60 Hz. Capacitance is 0.1 µF with ±10% tolerance at 1 kHz and 25°C. Constructed with double metallized polypropylene film and internal series connections, it has a dissipation factor of 0.05% at 1 kHz, insulation resistance of 30,000 MΩ·µF, and self-inductance below 1 nH per mm of lead spacing. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +85°C. Dimensions are 12.5 mm in diameter and 29 mm in length. Life expectancy is 100,000 hours at 70°C under DC voltage.
