The ElectroCraft MPW52 is an integrated wheel drive combining a 14-pole brushless DC motor, a single-stage planetary gearbox, and a 150 mm diameter aluminum wheel with Shore A 70 polyether tread, designed for mobile platform traction in automated guided vehicles and autonomous mobile robots. It features an optional electromagnetic brake and encoder feedback. The unit measures 83 to 95 mm in length without encoder and brake, and has a maximum axial load of 50 lbs and radial load of 150 lbs. Peak torque reaches 12.4 Nm, with continuous torque up to 6.1 Nm. It operates at 24 VDC or 48 VDC. Certifications include CE and RoHS.
