The 1481-EATFT028-23AITC-ND is a 2.8-inch TFT display module featuring a full-color display with a resolution of 240x320 pixels. It utilizes AACS technology with IPS for an unlimited viewing angle and offers a brightness of 1000 cd/m¬= when equipped with a touch panel. The module is controlled by the ST7789V controller and supports multiple interfaces, including 18-bit RGB, 8-bit and 16-bit parallel, and SPI. It operates at a supply voltage of 3.3V and is designed to function within a wide temperature range of -20¬8C to +70¬8C. The product is optionally available with a projected capacitive touch panel and controller GT911. The dimensions of the display are 68x48x2.2mm without the touch panel and 84x58x4.3mm with it.
