The EA DIP203G-4NLED is a 4x20 character LCD module featuring a high-contrast supertwist display. The module operates on a power supply of +2.7V to +3.45V, consuming approximately 1.5mA, with an LED backlight available in yellow/green, blue-white, and black-white variants, each with specific current requirements. The operating temperature range is from -20°C to +70°C, and the module includes built-in temperature compensation, eliminating the need for contrast adjustments during operation.
