Diotec Semiconductor Single FETs, MOSFETs MMFTP6341KW

The MMFTP6341KW is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET for signal processing and logic level conversion, housed in a SOT-363 package with dimensions consistent with the standard 6-pin surface-mount format. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -30 V, a continuous drain current of -5 A, and a maximum power dissipation of 1.5 W at 25°C with a 6.45 cm² copper pad. The on-state resistance is less than 59 mΩ at 10 V gate-source voltage and 3 A drain current. It features an ESD-protected gate, fast switching times, and operates with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. The device is RoHS compliant, meets UL 94 V-0 for flame resistance, and is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is less than 83.3 K/W, and it is supplied taped and reeled in 3,000-piece quantities.
