Diotec Semiconductor Single FETs, MOSFETs DIT110P06

The DIT110P06 is a P-channel power MOSFET designed for DC/DC converters, power supplies, and synchronous rectifiers. It is packaged in a TO-220AB case with a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 0.69 K/W and junction-to-ambient of 60 K/W. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of 60 V, continuous drain current of 110 A at 25°C, and a maximum power dissipation of 200 W. The on-state resistance is specified at a maximum of 7 mΩ at 15 A and 10 V gate-source voltage. It features an avalanche energy rating of 882 mJ and is compliant with AEC-Q101 for automotive applications. The package material meets UL 94 V-0, and it is RoHS compliant, excluding exemption 7a-I.
