Diotec Semiconductor Single FETs, MOSFETs DIT100N10

The DIT100N10 is an N-channel power MOSFET designed for switching applications in DC/DC converters, power supplies, and motor drives. It is packaged in a TO-220AB case with a maximum drain-source voltage of 100 V, continuous drain current of 100 A at 25°C, and power dissipation of 200 W. The device features a maximum on-state resistance of 13 mΩ at 10 V gate-source voltage and is rated for single-pulse avalanche energy up to 800 mJ. Operating junction temperature ranges from -55°C to 175°C. The case material complies with UL 94 V-0, and the part is RoHS compliant. It is not qualified to AEC-Q101.
