The DI170N04D2-AQ is an N-channel power MOSFET in a TO-263AB (D2PAK) package, designed for DC/DC converters, power supplies, and synchronous rectifiers. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 40 V, continuous drain current of 170 A at 25°C, and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The device features an on-state resistance of up to 1.5 mΩ, avalanche energy rating of 395 mJ, and is AEC-Q101 qualified.
