Diotec Semiconductor Single FETs, MOSFETs DI048N08PQ

DI048N08PQ is an N-channel power MOSFET in a QFN5x6 package, rated for 80 V drain-source voltage and 48 A continuous drain current at 25°C. It has a maximum on-state resistance of 6.5 mΩ at V_GS = 10 V and 8.5 mΩ at V_GS = 4.5 V, with a power dissipation of 56.8 W at T_C = 25°C. The device features avalanche ruggedness with a single pulse avalanche energy rating of 25.6 mJ and is 100% avalanche tested. It supports logic-level gate drive, has a total gate charge of 35 nC, and meets AEC-Q101 compliance when marked with the -Q suffix. The package is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and rated for junction temperatures from -55°C to 150°C. Thermal resistance from junction to case is less than 2.2 K/W.
