Diotec Semiconductor Single FETs, MOSFETs DI040P04D1

The DI040P04D1 is a P-channel power MOSFET in a TO-252AA (D-PAK) package designed for DC/DC converters, power supplies, and synchronous rectifiers. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -40 V, a continuous drain current of -40 A at 25°C, and a maximum power dissipation of 52 W. The on-state resistance is up to 15 mΩ at -10 V gate-source voltage and -10 A drain current. The device features avalanche capability with a single pulse energy of 51 mJ and complies with AEC-Q101 when designated with suffix -Q or -AQ. It meets RoHS and UL 94 V-0 standards. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 2.4 K/W. The package is taped and reeled with MSL 3 rating and operates from -55°C to 150°C.
