Diotec Semiconductor Single FETs, MOSFETs DI040N10D1

DI040N10D1 is an N-channel power MOSFET designed for applications such as power factor correction, uninterruptible power supplies, and battery chargers. It is packaged in a TO-252AA (D-PAK) case with a weight of approximately 0.32 g, rated for a continuous drain current of 40 A at 25°C and a drain-source voltage of 100 V. The device has a maximum on-state resistance of 15 mΩ at 10 V gate drive and can dissipate up to 140 W at 25°C. It features an avalanche energy rating of 520 mJ, a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C, and complies with RoHS (exemption 7a-I) and UL 94 V-0 standards.
