Diotec Semiconductor Single FETs, MOSFETs DI017N06PQ

DI017N06PQ is an N-channel power MOSFET designed for DC/DC converters, power supplies, and motor drives. It is packaged in a QFN5x6 (8-pin Power DFN) with a height of 1.1 mm and a thermal resistance from junction to case of 6 K/W. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of 60 V, continuous drain current of 17 A at 25°C, and on-state resistance of up to 33 mΩ at V_GS = 10 V and I_D = 15 A. It supports a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and has an avalanche energy rating of 3.7 mJ. The part is AEC-Q101 compliant and meets RoHS and UL 94 V-0 standards.
