Diotec Semiconductor Single Bipolar Transistors BC859C-AQ

BC859C-AQ is a PNP bipolar transistor in SOT-23 package designed for general-purpose switching and amplification. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 30 V, a continuous collector current of 100 mA, and a power dissipation of 250 mW. The device features a current gain (hFE) group C of 420 to 800 at IC = 2 mA. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, complies with RoHS, REACH, and conflict minerals requirements, and operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The case material meets UL 94 V-0, and it is supplied taped and reeled on a 7-inch reel. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 417 K/W when mounted on a PCB with minimum recommended pad layout.
