The BC859A is a PNP silicon transistor in SOT-23 packaging for general-purpose switching and amplification, rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 30 V, collector current of 100 mA, and power dissipation of 250 mW. It has a DC current gain (hFE) range of 125 to 250 at 2 mA collector current. The device meets AEC-Q101 qualification, is RoHS compliant, and is suitable for industrial applications.
