BC858C-AQ is a PNP bipolar transistor in SOT-23 package for general-purpose switching and amplification, rated for -30 V collector-emitter voltage and -100 mA continuous collector current. It features a minimum current gain (hFE) of 420 and a maximum of 800 in the C group, with a power dissipation of 250 mW. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, operates from -55°C to 150°C junction temperature, and meets RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals compliance standards.
