Diotec Semiconductor Single Bipolar Transistors BC858A-AQ

BC858A-AQ is a surface-mount PNP bipolar transistor for general-purpose signal switching and amplification in industrial and automotive applications. It is packaged in SOT-23 (TO-236) with a maximum power dissipation of 250 mW and a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, with a collector-emitter voltage rating of 30 V, a continuous collector current of -100 mA, and a DC current gain (hFE) group A of 125 to 250 at IC = 2 mA and VCE = 5 V. It features a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 650 mV at IC = 100 mA and IB = 5 mA, and a base-emitter saturation voltage of up to 900 mV under the same conditions. The transistor is RoHS compliant and delivered taped and reeled in 3000-piece quantities.
