Diotec Semiconductor Single Bipolar Transistors BC849C-AQ

BC849C-AQ is an SMD NPN transistor in SOT-23 package for general-purpose signal processing and switching, with a collector-emitter voltage rating of 30 V, continuous collector current of 100 mA, and power dissipation of 300 mW under industrial or AEC-Q101 qualified conditions. It has a minimum current gain (hFE) of 420 at 2 mA collector current, collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 600 mV at 100 mA collector current, and junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, has MSL 1 moisture sensitivity, and features Cu bond wires in commercial grades while other grades use Au bond wires. The package is taped and reeled with 3000 pieces per 7-inch reel.
