BC849BW is a general-purpose NPN transistor in SOT-323 package, rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 30 V, collector current of 100 mA, and power dissipation of 200 mW. It features three current gain groups with hFE ranging from 200 to 450 at 2 mA collector current. The device complies with AEC-Q101 for automotive applications, is RoHS compliant, and operates from -55°C to +150°C.
