DIODES Incorporated PMIC - Voltage Reference ZXRE1004FFTC

The ZXRE1004FFTC is a 1.22V bandgap voltage reference designed for ultra-low current applications, typically operating at 4OºA. It comes in a compact SOT23 surface mount package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs, particularly in portable and battery-powered devices. The device maintains excellent performance across an operating current range of 8OºA to 20mA, with a typical temperature coefficient of 20ppm/°C, ensuring stability over varying conditions. It offers a tolerance of 1% and is unconditionally stable, accommodating capacitive loads effectively.
