DIODES Incorporated Bipolar Transistor Arrays ULN62003AS16-13

The ULN62003A is a seven-channel high-voltage, high-current DMOS transistor array with open-drain outputs, each rated for 500mA and 50V, integrated with clamp diodes for inductive load suppression. It is packaged in a 16-pin SO-16 (Type SM) surface-mount package measuring 9.90mm x 6.00mm, with a thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 80°C/W on a JEDEC 2s2p High K board. The device operates from -40°C to +125°C ambient temperature, supports logic-level inputs, and is fully RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications.
