The PI5A391A is a quad single-pole single-throw (SPST), normally closed analog switch designed for low-voltage, single-supply operation, with a supply voltage range of +2V to +6V. It features a low on-resistance of 6 ohms typical at 5V, ensuring minimal distortion and error voltages. The device exhibits excellent on-resistance matching between channels at 0.4 ohms typical and maintains flatness of 2 ohms typical across the signal range. This switch is characterized by low charge injection (4 pC typical), which reduces step errors and noise during operation. It has a fast switching speed with a turn-on time of 10 ns typical and very low crosstalk of -72 dB at 30 MHz. The bandwidth exceeds 200 MHz, making it suitable for high-speed applications. The PI5A391A can handle high current channels of over 100 mA and is compatible with TTL/CMOS logic levels, while consuming low power (0.5 ¬µW typical).
